Foshan Intellectual Property ProtectingPromotion Association carried out the rating and evaluation according to the requirements of Criteria for Grading and Evaluation of Patent Agencies, as well as theprinciples of voluntary submission, openness, fairness and transparency from September 28^th , 2021 toDecember 9th, 2021. Seven Agencies made it to the final list after the expertshave reviewed and rated the materials and comprehensive information submittedby all patent agencies and published to the public for comments. Among them, one patent agency was rated as5A (outstanding) and the other six agencies were awarded as 4A (excellent)patent agency.
