Introduction

Kevin joined ACIP in 2011 and is now a senior partner of ACIP. Kevin has provided intellectual property legal services to many well-known domestic and foreign companies, such as Alibaba Group, Vipshop, Kugo Music, Amway, and Stokke Norway. He advises clients in IP protection strategies and assists them in intellectual property matters in trademark, patent and domain name. Kevin also acts as legal adviser to large domestic and foreign companies, providing contract reviewing, legal advices on leasing, import and export of products, sales and advertising, and resolving labour law disputes.
